Laser cutting

Laser technology is primarily used with plastics for surface engraving, whether it's for a trophy, a signage plate, or identification through an engraved logo. The accuracy of the laser also provides unparalleled precision in cutting. Moreover, as the plastic is burned by the laser, the resulting cut is polished at the same time. This process is mainly used on acrylic, which responds particularly well to it.

The laser is well-known for its use in reproducing logos, and patterns or adding sharply defined text onto plastic. It's important to note that one of the major advantages of the laser is the quality of the finish it produces when used to cut parts. When the plastic is subjected to the laser beam, it's precisely burned, creating a clean and polished cut. This means that the edges of the cut are smooth and usually do not require any additional finishing.
